WebDec 1, 2024 · Like others point out and what could be a hint in the log 7821 file is, that the phone cannot establish a connection to CUCM. In your case, it would be https to CUCM on port 8443. Have you tried to use the URLs in the enterprise parameter only with "http" instead of "https"?
