WebEchelon is planning a large data centre campus at the former IFI site at Avoca River Park outside of Arklow. The Arklow campus was approved in July 2024 and the first stage will be completed by Q3 2024. Stage 1 is a 35 MW and 155,000 sqft building. When complete the campus will offer upto 484,000 sqft of space and up to 100MW of power.
