WebBlending the edge of the gouge with higher grit after the burrs and gouge edges are removed with the coarser sandpaper. It should blend the painted edge and be smooth to touch. Once smooth, apply a few coats of black primer to taste. I put a few on letting them dry to add some smoothing. Use very fine grit paper to clean up edges again. http://wheelscratch.com/

There's no prepping involved. Clean and spray. Look up the YouTube video. Its like $6 a can. I did my truck rims with it. Its held up great.
