It was originally published in 1833-1834 and established Hiroshige's reputation as the foremost artist of the topographical landscape. WebbCase measures 31.6 x 43.8 x 13cm. Some occasional foxing though the images are clean. Cloth a little browned in places with a closed tear along one edge. Overall an attractive complete set of this classic series. This is a beautifully reproduced wood block print collection of Hiroshige's famous 53 stations of the Tokaido, based on Hoeido edition.
